Experience
Kenny embarked on his technological journey in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, receiving certification in Basic Programming and PC Repair. From these tiny seeds a quest for technological knowledge bloomed. It was this desire that has led to many certifications, including: A+, Microsoft Certified Partner, Novell Zen Works 7, and Lotus Notes. Kenny sees technology as the backbone for companies in the product and service industry. He realizes that only with a strong technological backbone, quality customer and consumer service can be achieved.
Kenny’s career began in the Army Reserves, obtaining the rank and responsibility of Drill Sergeant. After a career in the offset printing industry, which recruited him to Cincinnati from Lexington, Kentucky, Kenny worked at O/E Midwest as the supervisor of technicians in the Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield offices in Mason and Cincinnati. He has also worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Square D and Catholic Health Care Partners.
Kenny recently partnered with CBTS to install a VOIP phone system at Miami University, as well as helping to educate the staff of MU on how to best utilize their new system. Kenny has worked in the Information Technology field for more than 15 years doing a variety of consulting work for such companies as Proctor-Gamble and First Group America to name a couple.
